SB 1197 (Alquist): ROC/Ps: JPAs: Funding  
This bill would specify that ROCPs established pursuant to a joint powers agreement would be governed by the same funding procedures that have been established for non-JPA ROCPs. Co-authors: Assemblyman Lieu (D-Torrance) & Assembly Member Jean Fuller (R-Bakersfield).
