Vendor Approved Course Outlines

The CAROCP Curriculum Committee has undertaken the task of coordinating the posting of vendor-approved course outlines that have gone through the curriculum development and certification process in order to facilitate implementation of these new courses by individual ROCPs.

Course outlines posted to this site have gone through the following process:

The specific agency or business partnering in the endeavor (such as the IRS and Kaiser Permanente) has assisted with development of the course outline and have reviewed and approved it.
The course outline itself was developed by representatives from at least two ROCPs.
Advisory meetings were held with representatives from the agency or business.

These outlines are not certified for statewide use. Any ROCPs wishing to offer the courses posted to this site may use the course outlines as is, but they must submit the usual documentation to CDE for course certification, including the course outline and local advisory minutes. This means that each ROCP must hold its own advisory meeting, though you may wish to join with other ROCPs in a joint regional advisory with representatives from the specific agency or vendor.
